1. My plans for this weekend include no idea, probably sleeping and pumping, but what I’d really like to do is not have to pump and possibly a day trip somewhere nearby like Mt. Rainier or Northwest Trek.
2. I consider the Labor Day holiday to be an interesting holiday, a great opportunity to see my husband when he's not deployed, and the final nail in the coffin that the school year has indeed gotten into full swing.
3. My favorite meal for cookouts is beer boiled brats and veggies, but my intestinal tract wouldn’t agree (stupid IBS).
4. So far, my favorite part of summer has been meeting my baby boy.
5. When it comes to deployments, my philosophy is hunker down for the long haul, stay busy and remember it's only temporary.
